Several years ago, I had the great pleasure of meeting, Allison Schult, during the filming of the Randy Houser music video, Like A Cowboy, in Tucson, AZ. She was not only beYOUtiful on the outside, but her inner light shined equally bright. Allison was a woman that I instantly admired and the more I got to know her, I knew we would have a lasting friendship.
At that time, Allison Schult served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Visit Tucson. She came to our set one day to welcome the cast and crew to the rock city, with her genuine smile and zest for life and made a lasting impression on me with her confidence, strength and grace.
My fiancé, William Shockley, and his production company, Team Two Entertainment, had the honor of working with Allison on several projects over the years in Tucson: Visit Tucson's "Top of the World" video, YOU'RE GONNA MISS ME feature film world premiere, Randy Houser "We Went" music video and short film COMMON THREADS to name a few. Allison's 15+ years experience in the travel and tourism industry along with her vast array of talents was instrumental in making these productions a huge success.
Several years ago, Allison founded Mile Marker 630.

Allison's entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and marketing experience and success continues to inspire me. She has a gift for public speaking and drawing audiences in with her endless wisdom, electric personality and love for people and what she does. She is a true example of a dynamic empowering woman.
Thank you, Allison, for your precious friendship, your continued support and for just being YOU!
]]>Today, we live in a world of social media. To me, this is a wonderful way to stay current in these fast changing times and is also a fantastic way to connect with life long friends and make new friends through business networking and marketing.
I remember several years ago while drinking coffee on a beautiful morning I was scrolling through my Instagram feed, something caught my attention, it was a gorgeous artisan leather necklace, I paused to admire it more closely, then commented on how beautiful it was. I remember it being turquoise, had a country vibe and was very unique. Several days later, I received a message from a very sweet woman telling me that she really appreciated my comment on her handmade necklace and she wanted to send me a gift of homemade goodies to try for myself. When the box arrived, I was an instant believer in reLoved Leather and my new found friend, Kenneathia Hagen.
Kenneathia is not only a gorgeous women inside and out, but her multi-faceted talents are endless: graphic designer, photographer and jewelry designer to name a few. She's also an all American country girl down to the core. Perhaps this is another reason why we bonded so well. I was raised in the country and showed rabbits in 4-H and had chickens, ducks, geese, dogs and cats. As deep rooted country girls with unusual names and our mutual passion for fashion and beauty, we connected even more.
My fiancé', William Shockley, and I were in post production on a feature film and getting geared up for the world premiere of YOU'RE GONNA MISS ME in Tucson, AZ starring John Schneider, Leo Howard, and Kix Brooks. William and I promoted Kenneathia and her unique designs to Allison Schult, who was organizing the premiere and our publicist. They were excited for Kenneathia and her friend, Michelle, to put together VIP swag bags for our cast and crew. They went above and beyond and made handmade cuffs, t-shirts and goody bags. We were so grateful for their contribution in helping to make our premiere a huge success.
Thanks to social media, I met a beYOUtiful soul sister, Kenneathia Hagen. I'm so grateful for her friendship. (www.reLovedLeather.com)

When I decided to create TIIU, I wanted to offer unique stylish women's clothing at accessible prices.
Growing up, I always had a passion for fashion, beauty, interior design and the entertainment industry. I loved everything in the arts! My real love for fashion started when I got my first barbies. I was obsessed with dressing them up. I wanted to be Barbie.
]]>Hi! Welcome to TIIU. Here's my story....and I'm sticking with it ;-)
When I decided to create TIIU, I wanted to offer unique stylish women's clothing at accessible prices.
Growing up, I always had a passion for fashion, beauty, interior design and the entertainment industry. I loved everything in the arts! My real love for fashion started when I got my first barbies. I was obsessed with dressing them up. I wanted to be Barbie!
My first job was at Nordstrom at the age of 15. I absolutely loved it. I got to dress up everyday and the best part....I had a Nordstrom discount. LOL. I continued to work there for many years gaining lots of experience as a stock person, cashier and sales associate. I was able to share my passion of fashion by helping women find clothes or outfits that made them feel confident and beautiful.
I also had the opportunity to work with my mother for several years. She was a district manager for a direct sales clothing company called Doncaster. I learned so much from her. She grew her district over many years and had over 50 consultants working for her at one point. She hired me as the district sample sales manager and I was responsible for managing the trunk clothes that went from consultant to consultant throughout the season. Twice a year, I conducted a huge sale to the public to help liquidate all the samples.
Years later, I went back to retail, but this time into the cosmetic department. Eventually, I became a counter manager and makeup artist for Prescriptives Cosmetics. Some of the best times of my life was helping women feel empowered by custom blending their personalized foundation and powders and showing them how to apply makeup and enhance their natural beauty.
After leaving the world of retail, I became an outside sales representative for numerous professional skincare companies for over 5 years. This amazing experience helped me grow as a person through more knowledge of sales, products and ingredients and gaining trust with customers by sharing all this valuable information with them. It was an empowering industry and loved every minute of it.
About 6 years ago, I started an online store on eBay called Country Roads Boutique. I started by selling my own pre-loved clothing and things I would find in resale shops. Today, I also sell a lot of my friend's clothing on consignment.
I have also had the honor to be Costume Designer on two feature films and worked in the costume department on two Hallmark films.
As you can see, my career path has been inspired by art and the things I love, but I also enjoy inspiring women to feel confident, strong & beYOUtiful. I believe, that behind every woman is a challenging, but magical story. So through TIIU, I desire to help promote dynamic women and share their struggles and success in their careers, businesses and personal lives. I want to empower women!
At TIIU, I want to create a community for women to feel safe where they can inspire and encourage one another. There should be no competition between one another. We are one, we are all the same, but different.
Oh and the story behind the name...growing up with such an unusual Estonian name, Tiiu, it has pretty much defined who I am. Different and unusual.
Hope you enjoy our community of empowering women at TIIU.
Dare to be YOU! Rock it!
XO
TIIU
