Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We are happy to accept returns. We accept returns of orders within 7 days of the date the order was shipped.
Products in the Sale Collection marked as "Sale" are non refundable, however they are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@TIIULA.com if you need additional measurements before purchasing.
Store credit does not expire.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date.
Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received without any marks or stains, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows any signs of wear or stains.
Due to hygiene concerns the following items can not be returned: Bodysuits, Bralettes, Hats, Earrings, Handbags and Fragrances.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund or store credit will emailed to you within a few days. Returns will be refunded to original form of payment minus shipping from original order. Store credit minus shipping from original order will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.
